Attorney Brian Sardelli is a private attorney and former Department of Justice (DOJ) Federal Prosecutor (Trial Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney) who worked in Texas, Arizona, and Washington, D.C. He has dealt with all aspects of Federal Criminal Cases from start to finish. He has substantial trial experience and has tried Federal Cases in multiple Federal District Courts. He has experience in cases involving terrorism, narcoterrorism, drug trafficking, synthetic drug trafficking, money laundering, bulk cash smuggling, the transportation and smuggling of undocumented aliens, criminal immigration offenses, firearm and weapons violations, public corruption, mail fraud, wire fraud, and other types of Federal Crimes.
He is also a former Active Duty Army Judge Advocate General and Military Criminal Prosecutor who served in Virginia, Germany, Kosovo, and Iraq with the 1st Infantry Division and has tried numerous military cases to include serious drug trafficking and murder cases. He has also been involved in training on behalf of the DOJ and/or US Army of foreign law enforcement, prosecutors, and judges in such locations as the DEA Academy in Quantico, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Iraq, and Benin, Africa.
